Dock Lead

• Assign direction to LTO’s (including doors, paperwork, break schedule, etc.)
• Coordinate the stack off requirements as needed to support continuous converting line operations
• Contain any quality hold product
• Ensure that all work areas are kept clean
• Complete all paperwork for loading/unloading/SHARP audits
• Conduct Safety Observations each shift
• Open/close all dock doors and ensure the load is properly secured

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must demonstrate knowledge of inventory and damage control processes
• Excellent respectful communication along with good organizational skills
• Demonstrated adherence to all policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform duties efficiently and accurately unsupervised
• Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills modeling professional behavior

• Minimum one year of warehouse experience
• Minimum two years of operating a lift truck

• Ability to sit for extended periods through hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to repetitively twist or turn to drive in reverse, stand, climb, kneel, stoop and squat, as needed
• Ability to turn steering wheel on lift truck requiring full rotation of arms and shoulders
• Must be willing and able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, and slide, push, or pull cases up to 50 pounds
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company
