As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and oversight of regional operations while fostering an environment for safe and profitable operations. This position drives project success and profitability within the region, setting strategic goals in coordination with the Regional Vice President and working with Regional and Project Managers to execute them. You must manage client relationships, nurture industry networks, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills while maintaining organization, direction, and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year college or university, minimum 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Construction Industry experience (electrical power preferred)
• Experience developing teams
• Experience with financial management and forecasting (cost and revenue projections, cash flows, backlog, etc.)
• Ability to travel 50 % for field visits and customer meetings
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels review team
