Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$97,900.00 - $The Internal Communications Manager is a strategic communicator and culture builder responsible for shaping the Plexus team member communication experience.

Reporting directly to the Director - Global Communications & Community Engagement, this role plans and executes global internal communication strategies to align, inform, and engage employees. This role partners closely with regional and site-level teams to execute annual communication strategies. Serving as a key partner to executive leadership, HR, and site leaders, this role ensures internal messaging reflects Plexus’s Strategic Brand Foundations and drives global employee engagement.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* ** Global Internal Communications Strategy Execution:
** Drive the strategic planning, development and delivery of global enterprise-level internal communications. Serve as the primary author for executive messaging, company-wide business updates, town hall content and strategic initiative rollouts to maintain a connected workforce.  
** Strategic Brand Foundations Integration:
** Ensure all enterprise-level internal messaging, employee touchpoints and communications directly reinforce Plexus's Strategic Brand Foundations. Champion internal brand alignment across all channels so team members experience a consistent brand culture.
