*** Shift times and overtime hours vary dependent on position, department, and location

Monday - Thursday, four 10 hour days, overtime on Fridays and Saturdays

** As an Assembler on our specialty ARFF truck team, you’ll play a hands-on role in building life-saving equipment trusted by airports and firefighters around the world. From fitting together critical components to ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards, your work will directly contribute to trucks that protect lives and property in the toughest emergencies.

** Essential Functions
** Assemblers in our ARFF division take on a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:
* ** Building & Sub-Assembling Components** – Assemble parts and systems that become the backbone of our specialized fire trucks.
* ** Using Tools & Equipment** – Safely operate hand tools, power tools, cranes/hoists, and forklifts to move and install parts.
* ** Precision Work** – Drill, sand, grind, buff, clamp, screw, glue, tape, and fit parts together with accuracy and attention to detail.
* ** Blueprint Reading & Measurement** – Interpret prints, work orders, and checklists to ensure proper fit, alignment, and function.
* ** Collaboration & Teamwork** – Partner with co-workers to lift, install, or test parts, ensuring production flows smoothly.
* ** Commitment to Safety & Quality** – Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and perform quality checks throughout the process.
* ** Flexibility & Support** – Assist with other tasks such as cable routing, part inspections, training new employees, or supporting other departments as needed.
