We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Excellerate team as a Material Handler. This position is responsible for picking and processing orders within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be proficient with a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, Viewpoint, and Access database.

None - Work Schedule:
Between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests.
- Support a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Utilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, helping to ensure accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
