- Paid Holidays:

- Audit the “Quality Log” at work centers to ensure start‑up approvals and in‑process checks are completed and recorded.
- Communicate customer expectations to work center operators and provide clarification when questions arise.
- Serve as a technical resource to account specialists, production, and finishing operators.
- Assist the Quality Specialist with internal and external complaint investigations when requested.
- Assist in data recovery and analysis to develop and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical resources to process improvement teams.
- Coordinate internal “HOLD/QUARANTINE” materials.
- Interface with customers and suppliers.
- Create seeding plans for game orders, monitor and coordinate seeding of orders.
- Conduct ANSI sampling on incoming/outgoing product.
- Conduct receiving inspection activities for onserts and packaging.
- Load, unload, or accept material from programming or handle variable image disks; maintain storage, request additional disks, and manage destruction.
- Validate accuracy in loading/unloading and maintain variable image data.
- Conduct internal and external calibration of devices, including being the point of contact for third‑party service providers and completing required documentation and calibration records.
- Assist in the creation, review, and training of quality department WI, , and forms.
- Create affidavits for game promotions.
- Pull and prepare raw material and finished good samples for shipment to third‑party labs for testing required by QAP provided by customers.
- Attend pre‑order entry and pre‑production meetings for game promotions.
- Coordinate all quality department tasks for winner runs.
- Attend meetings for upcoming projects, new product launches, etc.
- Review and approve product samples for customers and sales.
- Conduct product testing that cannot be performed at press, such as customer‑specific lab testing and product line lab testing.
- Conduct FASO approvals.
- Prepare game folders—set up review master proof, write up game 1st article, create all labels for games paperwork, finishing paperwork for testing, and QM logs.
- Audit game folders while in production and after production.
- Prepare pharmaceutical press FASO paperwork prior to machine setup, reviewing PO, spec. proof, drawings; clarify discrepancies with CS.
- Conduct GMP and games line clearance.
- Conduct pharmaceutical final order/release audit—perform 100% inspection of all documentation, review press and finishing retains, facilitate final packing of skid with finishing lead.
- Ensure COI for pharmaceutical or other product lines as requested by the customer are sent via the required media to the correct recipients.
- Ensure secured storage of games paperwork and retains.
- Oversee games destruction—disks, products, retains, etc.
- Maintain retain folders—create, press pick‑up, file, destruction.
- Maintain quality areas—lab, security cages, etc.—in accordance with the 6S program.
- Conduct PTM training for all new associates.
- Maintain GMP lab coats—proper storage and laundering.
