United Plastic Fabricating Inc is seeking a hands-on Material Handling Lead at our Neenah, WI facility. You will coordinate daily material handling, inventory, staging, and receiving, while leading a team of Material Handlers to ensure on-time production.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and initiative to resolve issues before they impact production. Forklift experience and ERP familiarity are required.
