Itape in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily plant operations in the Plant Overhead area. You will provide direction to ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are met, coordinating with the Operations Manager.
The role requires 3+ years in a supervisor or manager position, a technical degree, and strong communication. You will drive continuous improvement, manage labor and capital, and champion IPS and lean six sigma initiatives across the site.
