We are looking for a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Neenah, Wisconsin. This home health RN opportunity lets you deliver compassionate patient care while exploring the vibrant Fox Cities area.

• Position: Locum Tenens Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Neenah, WI (serving Appleton and surrounding Fox Cities areas)
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract Nursing
• Start Date: October 20, 2025
• End Date: January 18, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• No weekends or on-call required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1950–$2000

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (within the past 3 years)
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation systems
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Neenah, Appleton, and surrounding Wisconsin communities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care
• Accurately document patient care using HCHB and OASIS electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and post-acute care
• Ensure compliance with all home health regulatory and organizational standards
