  Float throughout facility and to all Theda Care locations within a 60‑mile radius

• Active Wisconsin RN License (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree or Nursing Certificate
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience (Med/Surg preferred)
• At least 1 prior travel nursing contract
• EPIC charting experience within the last year
• Experience with Medical/Surgical, COVID care, pre/post cath, and post pacemaker patients
• Ability to float to other units and Theda Care locations
• Strong adaptability and resilience in clinical settings
• Collaborative and social attitude

• Travelers must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of Theda Care Corporate Center, Neenah, WI

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients, including COVID and cardiac cases
• Manage patient ratios of 1:5‑6, with support from LPNs and CNAs
• Deliver care for pre/post cath and post pacemaker patients
• Occasional pediatric patient care
• Float to other units and facilities as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in holiday rotations
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
