Required Skills:

• Current and valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and licensure
• Proven experience administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in emergency or trauma anesthesia
• Knowledge of new anesthesia technologies and procedures
• Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
• Prior experience with hospital or surgical center settings

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Recent participation in continuing education or certifications relevant to anesthesia practice

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current state license and certifications in good standing
• Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, primarily 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Willingness to travel for continued education or training as needed
• Additional reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certifications are provided when applicable
