Required Skills:

Valid and current CRNA licensure and certification. Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including preoperative assessment, anesthetic delivery, and postoperative care. Skilled in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and emergency response. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and precision. Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience working in diverse clinical settings or with specialized patient populations. Knowledge of advanced anesthesia techniques or new anesthetic protocols. Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient demographics. Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA. Prior experience in hospital-based anesthesia services is highly desirable. Other Requirements:
Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility based on project needs. Ability to travel to and stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI, if applicable. Compliance with all state, federal, and local licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies.
