. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are looking for hard‑working individuals who are eager to work outdoors and are up to the challenge of taking care of Epic’s unique landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include assisting horticulturists with the maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchards, and prairies. You will be responsible for mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. The role may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
A passion for rigorous outdoor activity is a must. Pay starts at $20/hour.

Qualifications- Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the growing season (≈April‑≈November).
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
