Pay& Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, with increased rates and opportunities for advancement
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Perform laboratory testing on materials and commercial products
- Conduct physical testing of R&D samples, including tensile testing, microscopy, and related methods
- Collaborate with a diverse research and engineering team while providing verbal updates in a professional lab setting
- Prepare written summaries, data reports, status updates, and trial documentation
- Contribute to technical letters, reports, presentations, and publications as needed
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and actively promote a safe, compliant work environment
- Support a respectful, inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines both independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preference for candidates pursuing a science or engineering‑related undergraduate degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively while demonstrating initiative and accountability
- Foundational laboratory skills, including data generation, scientific methods, and basic data analysis
- Working knowledge of laboratory equipment interfaces and computer tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem‑solve
