Bagger (Part Time, shift ending at 8:30pm)

Guest Service Department Manager

Are you looking for a role in a helpful, fun, and guest-focused environment? We are seeking Baggers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to “boomerang” back again.

• Customer Service Excellence:
  Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check-out experience.
• Efficient Bagging:
  Bag groceries according to our procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Checkout Area:
  Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication:
  Share customer requests and feedback to leadership team.
• Parcel Pickup:
  Provide prompt and courteous parcel pick-up service.
• Support Team Goals:
  Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Teamwork:
  Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor Commitments:
  Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

• Guest Focus:
  Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide superior service.
• Attention to Detail:
  Efficiently bag items while maintaining the quality of products.
• Team Player:
  Communicate effectively with associates and customers.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read, count, and write accurately, and operate necessary equipment.

• Stand in place for long periods, walk, bend, stoop and lift or push 15-20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds intermittently.
• Work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availability.

• Weekly Pay & Premium Pay:
  Hourly associates are paid weekly; part-time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays.
• Two-Week Advanced Scheduling:
  Schedules released two weeks in advance for greater predictability and flexibility.
• Vision & Dental Insurance:
  Part-time and full-time associates are eligible for vision insurance and dental coverage options.
