Join the team! We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Officer to work for a very known retail brand in Cerritos Mall. It is the best time to become a Metro One Security Team Member who will be the representative and work for our clients in the retail industry.
$27/HR - LPO - Full Time
Schedule:
Weds - Sat: 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM. We promote from within upon new contracts or positions as they become available.
DRESS CODE:
Suit and tie position, uniforms will be provided by Metro One.
- Undertake the surveillance of client's premises.
- Detect any suspicious behavior and prevent trespasses, vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.
- Provide excellent customer service skills, communications skills, writing skills, de-escalation skills.
- Possess high level of observation, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.

- High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
- Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
- Astute observation and detailed note taking/reporting.
- Active California Guard Card.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position.
- Have a solid/stable work history.
- Drug Testing and Background screening required.
