HVAC Technician

BDP Management is a franchisee of Planet Fitness locations with a number of ancillary companies that provide additional opportunities for advancement beyond the Planet Fitness realm. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team to assist locations across the state of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will posses strong technical skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems.

The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee the maintenance and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Review schematics and design plans for HVAC systems to ensure proper installation.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment needed for HVAC operations.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues in a timely manner
• Train new installers on best practices for service delivery and equipment handling

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC installations.
• Experience in field service operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid HVAC certification or license as required by local regulations.
