Lifeguard - Neenah, WI

Part-time, 15 hours/week (no weekends)

Health Fitness is looking for Lifeguards to join the aquatics team at our corporate client site in Neenah, Wisconsin. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.

Shifts:

M/W/F: 9am - 12pm;
Tues: 5:30am - 7:30am & 1:00pm - 3:00 pm;
Thurs: 1pm-3pm.

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
• Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Perform chemical testing and document results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training.
• Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.
• Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $13 - $15/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
