Job Summary

Fostree International School is looking for a Technology & AI Coordinator to lead the use of technology and artificial intelligence across the school. This person will play a key role in improving teaching and learning through technology and in building Fostree into an AI-enabled school.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IB schools, be comfortable with LMS platforms like Toddle or Manage Bac, and most importantly, have a strong understanding of AI in education, including ChatGPT and effective prompting.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

- Lead and improve the use of technology in teaching and learning.
- Support teachers in using technology meaningfully in the classroom.
- Align technology use with IB teaching and learning practices.

AI in Education

- Introduce and manage AI tools for teachers and students.
- Train teachers and students on how to use AI responsibly and effectively.
- Design AI-based programs and workflows for learning and school operations.
- Help make Fostree a model AI-integrated school.

Training & Support

- Conduct regular training sessions for teachers.
- Help staff learn how to use ChatGPT well, including good prompting techniques.
- Support students in developing AI literacy and digital responsibility.

LMS Management

- Manage and support LMS platforms like Toddle, Manage Bac, Timetable Master or similar.
- Help teachers with planning, assessments, and reporting on the LMS.

Required Skills & Experiences

- Experience working in an IB school or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Toddle, Manage Bac, or similar LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, especially ChatGPT.
- Ability to train and guide teachers and students.
- Leadership mindset with hands-on skills.
- Must be based in Nellore or able to move to Nellore and available full-time.
