Role Description

The CBSE Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the CBSE curriculum across grades, ensuring alignment with board standards and the school’s educational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing academic plans, coordinating lesson planning, mentoring teachers, and organizing internal assessments and examinations. The role involves liaising with CBSE authorities for updates and compliance, maintaining accurate academic records, and leading periodic reviews of teaching-learning processes.

The CBSE Coordinator will collaborate with school leadership on academic policies, conduct training sessions for faculty, and engage with parents on curriculum-related communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment frameworks, and academic compliance requirements.
- Experience in academic coordination, timetable planning, and teacher support for effective classroom delivery.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of basic educational technology tools for curriculum management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families.
- Ability to conduct teacher training, workshops, and orientation programs focused on CBSE standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field;

B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a CBSE Coordinator, Head of Department, or senior teaching role in a CBSE-affiliated school is highly beneficial.
