As a key member of Indigo’s Store Leadership Team, the Customer Experience Leader will ensure exceptional operations and customer journeys. Your leadership will guide team alignment with strategic priorities, budget management, and achieving sales goals. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere that reflects Indigo's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire a customer-centric culture within the store

• Manage daily operations and store opening/closing procedures

• Ensure team knowledge of products, promotions, and programs

• Lead maintenance, health, and safety in the store

• Foster an inclusive environment for all employees

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or operations

• Proven leadership skills and a performance-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage business acumen and systemic thinking

• Knowledge of health and safety standards

• Availability for 25 hours a week including weekends
