The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers/Ground Workers to join our team on a temporary basis of up to 52 weeks carrying out highways civil engineering work in Brierfield, Nelson & Colne in Lancashire. The role will involve:

• Site preparation
• Moving materials
• Supporting skilled trades
• Digging trenches
• Assisting with all aspects of paving
• Assisting with the laying of kerbs and edgings
• Laying Tarmac
• Drainage Works
• All other aspects of road construction and general civil engineering works

Desirable:

• Construction site experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience of using hand/power tools
