Supervisor – Highways Project
Location:
St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Contract:
c.18 months. Start:
February 2026. Pay: PAYE Umbrella.
- Supervise a site team of 20‑30 operatives.
- Deliver daily briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
- Support programme delivery and drive site productivity.
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS card.
- Proven experience supervising highways projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work.
