About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Colne area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026- with potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
A community‑focused school with a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared values. Staff collaborate closely, behaviour expectations are consistent and pupils benefit from a supportive, aspirational culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
- Supporting pupils with SEND and differentiation
- Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting learning in UK classrooms
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND
- Confident working with small groups and 1:1
