The Governors of Primet Primary School are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to improving outcomes for children and working alongside staff to raise standards. The ideal candidate will share our vision for the school and become an outstanding practitioner.
Responsibilities- Lead by example and motivate, inspire and challenge children to be passionate about learning.
- Support children in class, including those with specific identified needs.
- Develop children to be confident and compassionate.
- Maintain very high expectations for all pupils and inspire, challenge and encourage them to achieve the best.
- Be innovative and forward‑thinking, contributing a progressive vision for school improvement through clear communication and a can‑do attitude.
- Show understanding for the needs of others and support pupils and staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Work alongside staff who will provide the skills and support to develop your career.
- Collaborate with a dedicated governing board and staff who are supportive and passionate about the community.
