About the Role:
justteachers is supporting a welcoming and supportive primary school that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time Year 5 class
, starting September

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a nurturing environment with strong mentoring and a commitment to staff development.

Key Details:- Full-time position
- Year 5 class
- Start date:
September 2026 - Comprehensive ECT induction and mentoring
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- ECT status (or qualifying this academic year)
- Commitment to professional development
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
