Fisher More is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant high school setting, supporting teaching staff and ensuring smooth lesson delivery during staff absences.
- Supervise and manage whole classes during teachers planned and unplanned absences.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning activities following lesson plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Report on student progress and any issues to teaching staff.

This position is part time, term time only, please note that the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.
Essential Qualifications- NVQ level 3 or above qualification (or equivalent) - in exceptional circumstances, where local circumstances dictate, qualifications may be viewed as desirable
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in
- English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
- Experience of working with children
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
- Experience of Administrative work
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
