Professional, dedicated and committed Complex Care Support Workers required to support a child living in Fence. We are looking for compassionate and experienced individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care to a young child with complex healthcare needs. You will work closely with the child, family, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic programmes, encourage independence, and create meaningful opportunities for play, learning, social interaction, and community activities. We are seeking staff who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity to every shift. Essential Requirements Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs. Full UK Driving Licence. Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Cerebral Palsy Suctioning (Oral Clearance and Nasopharyngeal) Epilepsy Management Oxygen Therapy Gastrostomy Care Jejunostomy Care Administration of medication through specialist techniques
