ATS Global is seeking an On-Site Support Engineer to join our UK operations, serving as the first point of contact for IT issues at customer sites and ensuring SLAs/SMA obligations are met. You will work with manufacturing teams to drive incident resolution and support day-to-day IT and manufacturing systems across sites.
The role requires knowledge of ITIL processes, Windows troubleshooting, and the ability to travel to other UK sites to cover for holidays or sickness.
