Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Company Bonus

About the Role

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing law firm in East Lancashire that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and offers a more balanced and fulfilling role for an experienced fee earner who values quality of work, autonomy, and client care.

The firm places strong emphasis on sustainable workloads, supportive team structures, and long-term career development rather than purely volume-driven billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice throughout transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and completion statements
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  • Supporting the wider team and contributing positively to firm culture
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year PQE
  • Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
  • Desire to progress and develop within a growing practice
