We're on the look out for a Livestock Administrator to join our Livestock team at Morrisons for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Do you want to be part of our growth and success?

Together, we tackle business challenges, enhance our performance, and unlock the true potential of our data to drive forward the livestock function.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing supplier set-ups on Oracle, Farmline, and Niche systems and ensuring all livestock has a Purchase Order (PO) number prior to arriving on site.
  • Processing livestock payments on time and in full against species grids, including managing £9.3m of stock for our Elite Beef scheme.
  • Raising purchase orders and administering transport, agent, haulier, external sales, and contract kill transactions.
  • Delivering accurate daily and weekly reporting functions across the livestock division to key stakeholders.
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships with internal teams (Lairage, Accounts, Abattoir, Boning, Planning) and external suppliers, agents, and hauliers.
  • Maintaining prepayment scheme administration, ensuring data is kept up to date and total monies are recouped.
