Role Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, processed, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. You’ll supervise the warehouse team, drive high standards of organisation and safety, and work closely with store departments to keep the shop floor well-stocked and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the warehouse team, providing guidance, support, and hands‑on leadership.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound stock processes, ensuring deliveries are checked, processed, and stored accurately.
  • Maintain excellent warehouse organisation — clean, safe, efficient, and compliant with all procedures.
  • Manage stock picking, replenishment, and timely distribution to the shop floor.
  • Lead stock counts, including investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and identify areas for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are followed, including safe equipment use and manual handling.
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to support operational needs.
  • Train new and existing team members to maintain high performance and consistency.
