We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about engineering and eager to work within a dynamic production environment. As part of our team, you will operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring top-quality results while fostering a collaborative and safe workplace.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC grinding machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain precise documentation for production runs and completed parts.
• Closely collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.
• Understand Inspection techniques and CMM Reports.
• Ability to work to targets.
• Able to adhere to Safety Protocols, wearing PPE and ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others around them.
• Conduct quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standard.
• Handle and move materials, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

• Previous experience operating CNC grinding equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with the specific type of machinery, CNC, CMM, Multi Axis Grinders, EDM, is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
• Relevant vocational, technical, or apprenticeship background beneficial.
• Experience in conducting routine maintenance tasks on machinery is preferred.
• Troubleshooting experience to address minor machine issues.
