Manufacturing Process Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Operator to support the production of precision aerospace components. This role involves operating specialized equipment for cleaning, etching, and blasting processes, ensuring parts meet strict quality and safety standards.

• Perform cleaning, etching, and blasting of aerospace parts according to work instructions and specifications.
• Set up and operate process equipment, monitoring parameters to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect components before and after processing using gauges and visual checks.
• Handle chemicals and blasting media safely, following all health and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operations and ensure traceability of parts.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve process issues.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with adaptability and reliability.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet production targets.

• Previous experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing (desirable).
• Familiarity with cleaning, etching, and blasting processes (desirable).
• Ability to use inspection tools and interpret job cards and SOPs.
