Production Operative

We are recruiting for Production Operatives for a prestigious manufacturing company based in Nelson, Burnley. Working Hours: 7:05am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working on a busy production line to meet production targets.
• Performing general production and packing tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Supporting the team to ensure deadlines are met and production runs smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
• The ability to work full-time hours as per the specified schedule.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Your typical day as a Production Operative will involve:

• Starting your shift promptly at 7:00am and working collaboratively with your team.
• Operating on the production line to assemble, pack, or inspect products.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring the quality of products and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support a safe working environment.
