Warehouse Operative Job Opportunities at RefrescoRefresco the worlds largest independent drinks bottler manufacturer of some of the worlds best known brands is currently seeking Warehouse Operative for our factory in Nelson.

About the role:

As a Warehouse Operative you do not need any experience as full training will be provided but previous manufacturing warehouse or distribution experience would be advantageous. We want to help you grow and develop your expertise. You will learn from and work with experts from a world class drinks manufacturer. We want this to be the start of a long Refresco career for Nelson we are a 24/7 factory.

As a Warehouse Operative you will work on a continental shift basis. If successful following a temporary appointment through our agency provision you will then have 3 x your annual base salary life assurance a good company pension scheme a sports and social fund. There is free on-site car parking.

Our pay and benefits at Refresco are competitive: A salary of 31761.31 this includes an hourly rate plus shift company benefits include:

What are your daily tasks as a Warehouse OperativeReceive put away pick and despatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods from our raw materials or finished goods using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).Use Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks counterbalance reach trucks ride-on or Pedestrian Operated regular stock to minimise waste and promote that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all to meeting team and company-wide targets.

Have previous experience of working within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing accurate in your daily tasks and duties paying great attention to open to learn new things such as Fork Lift Truck operation and Counterbalance positive and energetic and enjoy working in a confident enough to put forward new ideas and comfortable working to targets.
