The Role

Flightcell are seeking an Electronics Technician to join their productive, quality‑focused engineering and manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you will be involved in the assembly, testing, fault‑finding, and verification of electronic, RF, and satellite‑based communication systems used in aircraft around the world.

This is an opportunity to work on real, mission‑critical aviation technology that must perform reliably in demanding operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test, repair, and assemble a range of hardware products, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and are ready for dispatch to their global customer base.
  • Inspect and check incoming circuit boards and components from suppliers, testing and diagnosing any faults.
  • Ensure documentation and SOPs are developed and kept up to date, and that quality control requirements, including the company's ISO 9001 quality system, are maintained and followed.
  • Repair any returned hardware and assemble and test the final products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation
About You
  • Experience as an Electronics Technician (or similar qualification/experience)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proven ability to understand and follow written procedures
  • Confidence working with electronic circuits, assemblies, and test equipment
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and reliability
