As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain high store standards.

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of store presentation, including displays and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandise.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve store goals.
• Monitor sales and KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
