We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our Home Department, a key area within our store that offers everything from stylish decor to essential home goods.

Role Overview :

As the Sales Manager for our Home Department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards in product presentation, staff performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate: Manage and guide the Home Department sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure team members are performing at their best.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and improve sales figures.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service. Address any customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Product Presentation: Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing department. Oversee the stocking and arrangement of products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including stock ordering, replenishment, and managing reductions to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support store-wide initiatives and promotions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and opportunities growth.
