About Us

We are a specialist provider of Ofsted-registered supported accommodation for young people aged 16–21, including care leavers and those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our service operates in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation alongside trauma-informed, person-centred support.

Through our provision we aim to empower young people to develop independence, resilience and positive futures through a nurturing and structured environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our Safe Space team, there are roles available at Safe Space Pendle in Nelson and Safe Space Hyndburn in Accrington. You will work directly with young people in a supported accommodation setting, providing practical and emotional support to help them develop the skills needed for independent living.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive environment while ensuring the service meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding responsibilities and regulatory requirements.
