Burnley FC in the Community is seeking a Targeted Intervention Coordinator to deliver and coordinate targeted programmes across Burnley and East Lancashire. You will run high-quality 1:1 interventions, group sessions and mentoring, while leading PL Inspires mentors and working with schools and partners to achieve outcomes.
The role requires a proactive, engaging approach, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to plan, monitor and report on activity in line with funding requirements.
