We are seeking an organized individual with a solid background in clerical duties and administrative support. This position involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and executing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and manage the entrepreneur’s calendar
• Create shortlists for job applicants and post H.R. positions
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence knowledge for operational efficiency
• Conduct social media marketing and manage outreach
• Perform bookkeeping with Quick Books and data entry tasks
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and office management
• Previous experience in an office environment preferred
