• Address inquiries and issues for Edwin users efficiently
• Ensure customers receive accurate information and support
• Document all interactions in accordance with standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a collaborative team spirit while sharing knowledge
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills, polished communication
• Quick problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce is a plus
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
