This permanent position involves delivering nursing services in the community, where you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor client health. Your responsibilities will include administering treatments, coordinating care with health professionals, and promoting wellness through education initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and create individualized care plans

• Provide nursing treatments and monitor client health status

• Administer prescribed medications and document progress

• Coordinate care with physicians and health specialists

• Support chronic disease management and health promotion

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in Manitoba

• Experience in community health/home care is an asset

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Knowledge of Indigenous health issues

• Valid Manitoba Driver's Licence and CPR certification
