Become a Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator at Fort Nelson Health Unit. Oversee compassionate patient care while supervising a dedicated team of nursing staff and care aides.
In this influential LPN Coordinator role, you will ensure the delivery of nursing care in line with established practices. Your leadership will involve supervising LPNs and unregulated care staff, managing work schedules, and monitoring performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide LPN and unregulated care staff daily
• Coordinate staff assignments and evaluate care delivery
• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients and residents
• Conduct immunizations and Community RAI assessments
• Ensure compliance with established care standards
Requirements:
• Registered LPN with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dedication to high-quality patient care
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
