Ledcor Road Maintenance is looking for dedicated, team-oriented individuals with a Class 1 or Class 3 license. This position includes operating snowplow trucks and wheel loaders while performing diverse highway maintenance tasks. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, contributing to community safety and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including snowplow trucks and wheel loaders

• Perform year-round maintenance tasks on highways

• Assist with labor duties like pothole repairs and signage cleaning

• Work outdoors under all weather conditions

• Transport materials and supplies as required

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement

• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract

• Previous experience with snowplow trucks is advantageous

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks

• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug testing
