Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle finance and insurance products for customers.
- Present and sell value-added products, including warranties, service and maintenance plans, credit life and other approved offerings.
- Ensure all finance applications and supporting documentation are accurate and submitted timeously.
- Liaise with financial institutions to secure competitive finance approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant F&I legislation, regulatory requirements and dealership procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchase process.
- Achieve monthly finance and insurance penetration and profitability targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks and internal sales teams.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager within the automotive retail industry.
- Relevant F&I qualification and regulatory compliance requirements, including applicable FAIS/RE5 requirements.
- Proven track record in achieving finance and insurance targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Customer-centric with strong selling and closing abilities.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Commercially astute and target-driven.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Salary:
