Join a dynamic IT team as a Computer Repair Technician / IT Support Technician, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and software while providing exceptional technical support to clients.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in computer repairs.
- Strong hardware and software fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hardware/software installations and device configurations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- A+ and N+ certifications preferred.
