Description:

To oversee and manage the daily operations of a business's cashier department. This includes ensuring that cashiers adhere to company policies, provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately and efficiently, and accurately reconcile sales and receipts. They must also be able to motivate and lead cashiers to reach performance goals, ensure that cashiers receive proper training, and troubleshoot any customer or cashier issues that arise.

• Training and supervising cashiers

• The Cashier Manager must possess excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage cashiers and supervise their daily tasks
• Train cashiers on proper cash handling procedures
• Ensure accuracy of cash registers
• Reconcile cash registers and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze cash flow and sales data
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date records of cashier transactions

• National Diploma or B Degree in Business Management, Finance or equivalent
• Over 10 years' experience as a Cashiering Manager, overseeing high-volume cash operations, managing multiple high-value tills, and working within a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
