Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN positions to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent care in the Neosho/Pittsburg/Columbus, MO area in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

- Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
- Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
- Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, offering a weekend schedule that can reduce the need for childcare at home.

Education:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program. - Active Licensure:
Current PT license in the state of practice. - Ethical Compliance:
Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Skills:
Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. - Flexibility and Team
Collaboration:
Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. - Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. - Experience with Geriatric Population:
Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. - Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations:
Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
